Script For Buyers

Investors have heard that they need a buyers list. This is to make more money, do more transactions and refine their markets.

There are fears that may come with finding buyers. One of these fears is what do you say to them?

I have attached the script that I have used for some time now and it works well.

You will notice in the script the word "we". The reason this is used is to help you look bigger and be able to answer questions directed at you.
For example: if someone asks you "how many deals have you done?" You can answer: "We have done many deals."
Who is we? We is you and your buyers, your other contacts and even us with DG.

Script:

Hello, my name is [insert name].
I understand that you buy properties; is this correct?

Great, we buy properties, fix and resell them or rent them. Occasionally, we find homes that we cannot add to our portfolio right away and instead of losing the opportunity we wanted to see if you would be interested if we sent the information your way?

OK, I have a few questions to make sure I understand what you look for and I send the right properties:

Where do they buy?
What do they buy?
How far below market to they buy to make it worth their while?
Can they purchase with cash?
Can you tell me about the last couple of transactions you completed?
