OfflineIF u call on an ad in the classified section of the newspaper that says we will buy your house or investment property fast and quick closing and this type of ad is placed by a realty office like shorewest. Would htis be a good potential candidate for your buyers list? Why would a real estate office post an ad like this in the first place? ARE the agents investors themselves? It just makes u think i guess.

if you are finding a RE office is posting ads that say they will buy your house then typically the agent is connected to an investor. RE agencies do not buy houses. Many agents are investors themselves but normally keep their investing separate from their RE agent business. Call on the ads and ask for more details.
