OfflineI think one of the main points that Dean teaches is to establish a list of buyers that one can easily assign deals to. Different things are discussed here as to how to establish and maintain a buyers list, but I'm wondering how many people here have actually found cash investors through this website. It seems to me as many users as this site everyone cannot be whannabes. There must be some real, cash buyers here...thus making this site a buyers list itself.

This is a great site, however, it is NOT your buyers list. You can connect and build your buyers list here but don't put all that you have in one place. Expand and build through investment clubs, calling ads etc. Remember, your buyers list are investors that you have qualified by communicating with them as to what their buying criteria is etc.
