Mike,

I had heard a similar story on my local news recently as well.

The pre-foreclosures that were just hanging out are now dropping. I'm using this as a target for a buying & holding strategy.

Would you agree?

I've been interested in 2 of these markets and now that I know what the expected decrease should be, I can better make my offers without screwing myself.
