Looking for a partner near Louisville, KY

Hello my fellow DGers. Im looking to partner up with a experinced investor to hopefully show me the ropes.

I have read Deans books and have learned alot. I just cant seem to shake me fear of the unknown!!

Just to add to my original post above. I have this burning desire to become a REI so bad. Ive been working a full time job with the same company for 17 years now, and I am concerned that my job could be coming to a end in November 2010.

I sure hope someone will consider helping me get started.

I have recently found 2 properties next door to one another each with about 5 acres a piece. Because of where these properties sit I think they could be a gold mine.
