I'm very new to RE investing, and am in desparate need of help from someone who is experienced. I've tried to get a realtor to work with me, and am constantly told they are not interested. I've put ads and responded to ads on Craig's List, Facebook, Yahoogroup, bigger pockets, kijji, and the list goes on. I've found 2 buyers. One buyer wants $418k and up distressed homes. The other is interested in $30k to $90k homes to rehab. I've looked in some sites on the net for these homes, and I'm just not having any luck. I feel like I'm stuck and don't know how to move forward. Where do I find these deals to pass on to them? You have to pay $100+ to get on any of the sites, and I just don't have that kind of money.
