OfflineIt's been so long that we've been trying to make it in real estate. Everyone is doing it except us and we've been banging our heads against the wall for over 10 years. We have succeeded in purchasing our own house dirt cheap so i guess it paid off in one area, but there is serious money to be made and we intend on making it. So far we have purchased the Edge 2010 and are done watching the video's. So today is the first day of the rest of our lives. Mission #1...Find a realtor. Wish us luck. God Speed.

Thanks again Dan, we appreciate your encouragement. We are currently sitting down and getting ready to call agents. We just want to make sure we have the questions to ask in front of us and trying to get over our nerves... lol. Thank you again.
So we now have a real estate agent on our team and found an excellent credit repair agent who is going to work with us and an attorney and broker are currently on the menu. We have been finding all kinds of deals and not backing down. It's been slow going, but we are still going strong. Our second deal is right around the corner.
