Connecticut Properties - Wholesale Deals/Funding

I have a list of properties; Multi-Fam and Duplex, under 60K available. Fixer uppers, rehabs, etc. Some properties are leased with renters, seller wants out. I am willing to Birddog, wholesale deals. I still believe in the American Dream and I am willing to work with someone who is willing to work with ome. Working with my realtor please someone-talk to me.

Does anyone have an updated list of lenders who will work with people with poor - POOR CREDIT!!!?
