HI KAP. DEAN says we should fake it until we make it.Just appear on time with yor head held high and looking like a professional REAL ESTATE INVESTOR.If you are with the blue print you would have all the questions to ask to see if he is the star you are looking for.IF you dont have the questions to ask call the hot line and one of the coaches will give you a few pointers in that direction and what you should ask.EVERY journey begins with a step.ALL of us had to cross that bridge of fear, but after facing our fears continually, we get to that stage where fear becomes a thing of the past. IF YOU STEP OUT THERE tomorrow and screw up, it would be a learning experience, you would be far more confident and be better at evaluating future agents.GOOD LUCK and if he is not your STAR, keep looking, he or she is somewhere out there, waiting to perpare you for success.
Donna SIMON.I am interested in doing all of the strategies, then deciding which will be the one I am most comfortable with, but for now I would love to do wholesaling. This would definitely create fast cash, that I can use for investment in properties that I can eventually buy and hold.DEAN thank you for always creating that time to think of THE DG FAMILY AND WHAT WOULD be best FOR US.
I simply told my first realtor what I was looking for and how I priced them. I then left everything up to him to see what he would bring me. I went through 5 before I found one that would get what I was looking for.
The big thing you have to remember is they are working for you and you are giving them your business. There is really nothing to be nervous about, just think of it as meeting a new friend. I did find that it wasn't as important to screen them as give them my criteria and let them go to work for me. If you go there with a positive attitude and a knowledgable attidtude then you will do fine.
Just remember be honest, it's much easier to keep track of what you told them. I'm not much for the "Fake it till you make it" philosophy, people don't like to be BSed. Good Luck and Keep the Faith.
