I am so incredibly excited and think we have found that "right" Agent to work with. Someone who is as eager as we are and willing to put in the work needed to make some money! Has a sales background, and not affraid at low-ball offers. LETS GO BROWLEY TEAM!!

Happy Easter DG Family! Just wanted to post some updates on the Browley Team. We are actively building our Buyers list, and cannot wait to start find the deals and matching them to our Buyers. I'm finding that there's a lot of advertising out there for Investors, and not as easy to get a hold of them to "Qualify" them as they seem to want to just direct you to their website. I am doing the non-traditional things now to locate these Cash Buyers, and am excited to have meet some really nice Investors looking to do business.

We've come a long way, and still have a long way to go. But we will never quit, and continue to plug away to accomplish our dream of being Real Estate Investors living the life we've always dreamed.

Thanks DG and all of you wonderful staff for the support and direction to help us get on a fast track towards doing this. We'll keep you posted....

Thanks for stopping by, and welcome as well!! It's really nice to have the coaching staff to guide us along the way. We are continuing to grow our buyers list as well, and now that we have a good solid 8-10 - the deals seem to be coming our way We just put in our first offer, that was denied - but that just means we are that much closer to our first YES!!

I have to say, that doing things in the order they tell you to, seems to be paying off!! And it was a lot of fun crunching the numbers to come up with our fiirst offer It felt like we were true RE Investors (Yay!)

Now that we got our first "No" out of the way.... only 24 more or less to our "Yes!"

I am sooo pumped right now...I just got my first add reply with someone looking to sell their house!!!! I feel like I handled the call well, but my only concern is the location. It's definitely in a more non-desirable area of town. I'm torn.... I want to look at this as an opportunity - but know this might not be the right fit for our cash buyers. Then again, if I can get it for the right $$, there just might be some interest....??

I know not every deal will fit our criteria, but I also don't want to pass up any leads without giving it a shot....... Hmmmmmm, any suggestions?

It's a 3/1 SF house, aprox 1300 sf, its a double lot, EMV $87,000, brand new roof, no repairs needed, but he said it needs central air. He said he'd like $90,000, but would like $55-70,000.

Well, our first call turned out to be a property that didn't fit our criteria - but since then we've still had some calls come thru, and a very GREAT potential of a deal to hopefully manifest sometime this week!! The potential on this lake property is there - now it's just finding the right price/terms to make both parties happy!

On top of working on our first deal to be completed, we have taken steps to improving our own personal credit scores. We are learning what helps our credit, and what hurts it - and hope that with the guidance of Phillip Tirone's 7 steps to a 720 credit score.... we will be in business with credit that will have all banks fighting for our business

You know, it is so fun actually DOING IT!! And not just thinking about it, and waiting for things to just happen. The very first property that we put an offer in, didn't pan out and the bank wanted far too much for it, but I think we were smiling from ear to ear the entire time that we were going thru the house, filling out our Rehab checklist and crunching numbers to be able to put in our offer!! It feels good doing what you know can help you live your dreams. We welcome the "No's" just as much, as we realize that it's one step closer to our "YES!!"

I am super inspired and glad that I just listened to the Conference call with Matt and Dean this past March! He spoke about being a Full Service Investor! What a great reminder of how to have an edge over my competition.

It makes total sense to have all aspects of my deal layed out in plain language to my Cash Buyers to give them exactly what they need and more to make these no-brainer deals I am going to find for them. My mind is racing and I've got so much homework layed out for myself to continue to research and have all my ducks in a row to provide this Full Service that is going to be a huge part of why we WILL BE SUCCESSFULL in this business
