I am still in florida looks like I will be here for another week to 10 days. You know how it goes start one job which leads to another and so on an so on . I have been blessed to be able to turn work into a study /learning vacation . The person I am doing work for is a retired real E broker /investor which has been great I am learning so much
I was listening to the D/G training call last tue and dean and matt larson were talking about the very subject I was being schooled on here . and more than that everybody was on the same page telling me to do the exact same thing just 48 hrs before I heard the call Ms N was teaching me how to present a property to a potential investor HELLO wake up and smell the coffee .... AND IT SMELLS GRRREEEAAAATTT i love this stuff i AM SO STOKED just another sign Dean and his team are straight shooters as if I needed to be told that ... well I will post again soon . as thing progress God bless you all
