This is my second atempt at posting I must have hit the wrong key and lost the first one . Well live and learn .LOA I lost my Job sept 09 and lost my home last week . Sounds pretty bleek right? Well I am down but not beat . I have just finnished my second reading of deans book profit from R/E right now. I have 3 tech school completetions 1 in electrical , 1 in plumbing and another in ref. h/t & a/c I also have aprox 35yrs of maintiance & rehab exp. behind me .So I know I am on the right path
I am a faith based christian. so I am sure the the lord will guide me to the completion of my goals.along with the instructions from D/G and his team I would welcome any words of encoragement or work for that matter . I live in the Nashville Tn area . Thank you for reading my post and may the lord bless you and yours in all your endevors

Keep the faith buddy you can do this. I'm almost lost everything so I kind of know where you're coming from. I started only about a month ago and we are out trying to locate some properties.
