My ignorance about online blogs etc. is really hurting us. I have been trying for a week to get an ad posted on Craigslist. We have homes (our personal homes not rentals for fsbos in Oregon and California). Therefore, we would like to do some deals in both areas. I have tried posting a ghost ad to draw buyers and it keeps getting kicked off. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong and how to fix it. Each ad I have tried to post is specific to the area that I have tried to put it on Craigslist. Thanks in advance for your help.

I'm in Sacramento, CA today supervising one of our Advanced Cardiac Life Support seminars today. On my breaks I tried several times to download Dean's new book in audio version that I purchased last week. I still can't get it to open after I download it. I called Support but they couldn't help either. I keep getting the error message saying the file name is not recognized or Windows Media opens but I don't know how to find the file in it to open it. If anyone has any ideas to help my ignorance it would be much appreciated. Please private message me if you have any suggestions.
Well this is scary, but I'm going to do it. I just found Rina's journal and I am following her advice. My husband Don and I found Dean on an infomercial I saw just in October 2010. I ordered the book but then I got a corneal ulcer and I couldn't read, in fact I was literally in the dark for 7 weeks while the docs fought to save my eye. God worked a miracle and I not only have the eye but I can see out of it. As I got well the first book I started to read besides my Bible was Dean's book. We signed up for the Success Academy and are learning as fast as we can. We own a seminar company that offers continuing education semianrs for docs and nurses on a daily basis and so I am struggling with finding the time to do the tasks needed to get our real estate business going. So far, we have gotten the business entity set up, gotten cards, a phone line in, a website started, started placing ads for buyers and investors, visited a few homes for sale, gotten set up with a friend who is a realtor to work in my spare time as her assistant in exchange for access to the MLS, done lessons for the Success Academy, and today met with another couple who saw us on Lead Tracker and who are also, student's of Dean's and anxious to start doing deals to. I've actually been pretty discouraged that we haven't done any deals yet but I just reread the list of what we have done and am encouraged that we are making progress.
I have never blogged before but I am going to do this to keep myself accountable to keep going. To all of you who are way ahead of us on this journey, thank you for showing us the way. And most of all, thank you to Dean for trailblazing for us. May God richly bless you all.

You mentioned getting discourged and Im not gonna go thru all the bla bla about that. You and I emailed each other a few times and you have an outstanding profile and have reached goals only one percent of us will ever reach. So just lean on the experience you already have about achieving success. You know it takes some time b/c nothing worthwhile is easy. Discouragement is just a feeling and thats all, and we feel discouragement when we THINK we are not doing something right when in fact we are doing everything exactly right. Youre a smart lady and you didnt get there by pushing things. Just keep on doing what you are doing, and the pieces will fall into place, on HIS timetable, not yours.
I mentioned your background, and it would be great if you could post these details to your profile. You have alot to offer the rest of us, maybe not a whole lot in REI right now, but in so many other areas. Hang in there kiddo cause you have the right attitude and are taking the right steps. Get that profile filled in NOW.
BTW, I hope you had a successful trip to the bootcamp and that you was able to meet Smokey. Best of luck to you. Deans posse has got your back!
PS: I see Jer 29:ll referenced a lot and it is one of my favorites, but another that is so comforting to me is Matt 11:28-30.
