WHAT WOULD BE THE STEPS FOR PRE-FORECLOSURES HOME??

I am looking for someone who can help me with pre-foreclosures homes. I already have a list of pre-foreclosures home, with just address and name of owner. What would be a good advice to start from here?? I have so many, but don't know exactly what to do!! Thanks

Check the county

to see what the mortgages are vs the value of the property, if there's enough
equity contact the homeowner, if not the short sale process would be the next step.
