OfflineI started taking courses to get into real estate investing over a year ago but it wasn't until we came across Dean's program that things started to happen. I'm working diligently on my buyers list and my goal is to wrap up my first deal by mid February. I signed up for a 1 year mentorship with Dean and we are attending the Edge Buying Summit in Vegas next month. I'm looking forward to meeting Dean and his associates.

Along with building my lists I have also started to build my power team. I just had lunch with a great guy who is now 1 of my Real Estate attorneys as well as a Title and Escrow company. I also have 3 handymen and a contrator along with a lic. inspector. It won't be long now.
