Hello everyone. For the past several months i've been trying my best to build my buyers list, I realized that the Intensity of the problem is the same with having properties without buyers. I encountered too much pressure before when I tied up the property, and took me nearly 2 months to Assign it because I don't have a buyer. The seller was so ****ed and I need to deal with her. That was my first deal. Since then, I realized that I need to have buyers and now that I have, my buyers are calling, emailing me for some great wholesale deals that I have but unfortunately, right now I don't have any that fits there criteria.
This forced me to write this journal to reach out to my fellow DGrs to bring me what you have if you are in my State Maryland or DC. I've posted something similar to this about 2 weeks ago but did not get lots of hit. Thanks for reading. Blessings to all. LA
- Please let me know if you have wholesale properties in Anne Arundel County preferably near Annapolis. I have an investor who want's to buy 20 properties in this area in less than 6 months. Rehab and Flip is a plus.
- Another investor is also looking to buy in DC. Looking to buy rehab and Flip on Zips Codes 20011, 20012 (Upper NW Georgia Ave. to 16th St.), 20010 (Columbia Heights), 20001, 20002 (N. Capitol St. Corridor NW & NE), 20003 (Capitol Hill SE), 20017, 20018 (Brookland), 20024 (SW). PRICE MATTERS. Will consider property in any condition.
- For Holding: Anything under 80K with 2 BR or more in Capitol Heights, SE, NE, Etc.
