Next, when it's time to talk over the phone to a property owner, just take a deep breath and slowly exhale while talking with them. Even if you bumble the first 2,3,4, or even 5 times, you'll see that you're becoming more secure in yourself. It's happened to all of us newbies in the beginning, believe me. As far as your baby faced look, just make sure you have it set to business mode when you meet in person. It's your voice and eyes that people will be looking at,(confidence).

Size is only an issue in your mind, if you have a service or product people want or need that is all that matters. Once you have studied and think your ready then the only thing standing in your way is you.

Build up your self confidence and that will change your body language, and people's perception of you. If you can't be confident your customers will see that and assume that you are unable to get the job done.

So learn all you can learn, and then study some more. Practice your phone calls, then practice face to face with friends and family.
