Only One Way To Success ~ Quickly!!

I joined Dean's Success Academy this week.

Here are a few thoughts for why I joined.

After being in the retail side of the real estate business as a real estate broker for over a decade, over this past year I have met too many people who are on the investor side of the real estate market.

Finally I woke up to the fact that being 'in' as an investor is superior to being on the 'outside' as a service provider to the deals happening in real estate right now.

I see a fellow here in my town occasionally, who is doing a terrific business on buying, doing a quick rehab, putting in tenants on a one year lease, then selling the property to other investors and still pulling a good margin out on a quick in and out deal.

In the beginning I thought it was not really happening. But I see him around from time to time and finally a light bulb went on for me.

So this week I joined Dean's Success Academy.

I can spend the next 30 days of maybe 30 years trying to figure it out, or I can be smart, and join the Success Academy and learn what is working right now for so many others. Modeling others will allow me to avoid the mistakes of trying to re-invent the wheel, and sky rocket my opportunities into deals in the next 60 - 90 days.

One of my mentors has a saying that there is only one way to get Rich - and that is QUICKLY!!

It is in the lining up of all the pieces of success that take time. But once they are in place, the getting rich happens quickly.

I am looking forward to filling in the missing parts in my activities, and taking of to the highest levels in real estate investing.
