Finally decided to start a journal. A little history about me. Moved out to Tempe, AZ in June 2009 and bought a Planet Beach Franchise on creative/seller financing. I am getting married on May 8, 2011 and have chosen to pursue one of my dreams as an Real Estate Investor with the help of Dean Graziosi, his crew of great trainers and of course the DG family.
Looking forward to getting my first deal notched on the belt. I attented the Edge 2010 event and probably met some of you there. I thoroughly enjoyed watching all the presenters, especially Joe & Stacey because they are just such genuinely nice, caring people.
I joined the Success Academy about 3 months ago but have been lagging on diving in and using it. I know that I can do this but I am overcoming an old enemy called procrastination. I was born 2 weeks late as a baby and I think that I have taken that to mean that I should get a 2 week extension on everything. Well, no more.
My Journey into REI takes off today, hope to see you all above the clouds.
Also if anyone in AZ would like to get together, form a mastermind group and/or work on some deals together then please private message me. I believe in the power of a positive group working togther towards a goal.

...Congratulations for starting your real estate investing journal. It is a great way to keep yourself accountable to your real estate activites and to share your experience and knowledge with others. Dean's Real estate success academy is also a very valuable resource be sure to get the most you cna through the information offered by the academy. The advisroy line is very helpful with answering questions.
I know you will progress on some future deals. Be sure to keep reviewing deals and making offers. It can be a numbers game, the more offers the better. The key is sifting, sorting and screening to find the most motivated selelrs. I look forward to reading about your progress and future real estate deals. Thanks for the encouragement. I know that you will soon be hearing about my first deal. The time for ACTION is here for me. I have the tools and the knowledge, but the action is what gets the results.
