Research is what I do that takes up most of my time. I am good at finding extremely good deals. Gotta get back to it!

I havn't posted in my journal for awhile due to facing a family emergency. I have been on the site occasionally and see that I need to look at making a time for focus and inward reflection. All of my hours of bird dogging last summer and fall produced no results, so I am back to the drawing board.

I am a newbie and have no idea what do i need to do ?
But i see your website that get me think of setup one and like your page that is simple and go to the points

An offer is being put in on first deal this morning! It's a REO, and I have tenant buyer in place. I'm so excited that I can't sleep. I'm trying to squeeze all of these processes into the work schedule, so when is there time to sleep anyhow?

Here we go again! Realtor will not put in offer without pre-approval letter or POF. Bank wants $2500 earnest cash deposit.

I'm working on private funding of 100 percent, but how do I get the bank to accept a contract on the REO so that my lenders will proceed?
