OfflineI am brand new, just got Deans books two days ago and just finished last night. I am a 23 year old guy and I know that I think different from other people. I have alot of negative people in my life and still am always looking for opportunities to better myself help people and make some money. I have the bug in me that wants so badly to be successful. I am a firefighter in Colorado (love helping people and proves it is not all about the money!) This course and the things i learned in Deans new book just blew me away! I have great credit but literally no money so I love the IEE and Assignments. The support amazes me and then to find a place to share strategies and connect with other people doing this is really motivating! I just set up my website and I think I already have a Killer Realator (who works with other investors who buy land and that I can hook up with on the buyers end!) and Mortgage Broker lined up. Moving along fast and furious! I am going to start getting together some buyers and sellers lists and have been looking at properties alot today. I cannot wait to make my first deal! Any advice or anything that can help I am all ears! Can't wait to get to knoow some of you!
