Unfortunately the owner of this house was a cousin of mine that had greed in his heart and did not want to listen to much of what I had to say. He got about 40k when he could have sold the house for a good 350k more... sad but true...
There is so much potential in this back yard... cant wait to start on my first DEAL!

I am in HI on vaction for two weeks and will being looking at properties in the paper as well as FSBO. I noticed that there are more agents on this Island and anywhere in the US. There are also no FSBO in the paper. There are deals to be done from what I see in the paper. If you would like some help while I am here just yell..Keith
