OfflineToday been doing my class and looking websites to see what is what. About hr go i talk to someone who i knew for 16 yr and i know they are Real Estate Agent and we talk for a hr. My parter is welling to work with me that made my day to hear someone is gone to work with me yessssssss it feel so good right i got this hight and right now that hight is way up there. Now i have to do my buyers list now and get ads out there too.
That yes mean alot to me right. I have alot of work to do and i need to get busy with it. It time to get my work done here.

I have been looking around each websites that in Dean book. I read his book and taking the class. Yesteday i was talking to someone i know is REA and what he was telling me made me think about what he was telling me what he wants. All boild down to is maybe i don't get how to be invetor. I call the school and telling me to go back to build your list i have read the book and doing the class im not done with the school i just get some parts of it. I talk to the person is willing to work with me i will be finding buyers. All i want to do is get my buyers list set up on craigslist go from there. It say to get your power team then do your buyer list I got a REA that is willing to work with with any deals. Let see what goes from there.

I have been looking for FSBO to take with me at the REIclub this Thursday. Then i find out that my son is looking to buy a house L'm helping him what can. Rght now I'm at a stop with my Class right now till i go to the REIclub this week. Today i sign up for my blog i just dont what to write on there right now to get me started i know i will think of something to say i think lol. If anyone out there has a blog and been doing for a long time i like so ideals on how to get it started i thank you for all the help.

Today i got my 800 number done im sitting here trying to think what to say on my messages with Dean got in the book to for find buyers is not what i want to say right now. Maybe it will come to me soon. I need to call for my business cards i need to call them and find out what is right for me for now since iam looking at homes and find buyers right now i have to think that i just do buyers and sellers cards for now. Back to work.

I went to the REIclub lastnite. Nice people there alot of the talk was laws that being change lead paint, And LLC. Then they talk about Note it something like a short sell. He said it would take four days to tell you how it work when you do forcloser for a note. It took me a hr half to get there and there no REIclub were i live at in De. Anyone that live in De and they are Investor please pm so we can get together on here and see what we can do for eachother if you want to.
I have been on this forum for two weeks i have seen some people on here will chat with someone who is new and that been here for a long time then there are some that don't answer at all its like your are a ghost on here. I keep going i want this work for me all the way. I need to change my life and if im the only one in De that is a investor for now and nobody on the forum will chat with me that ok im use to talking to myself lol.

Not much that i have been doing with my REI this week. I have been getting my home done the roofs done well all most done. Just waiting on my business cards to come in. I did not get my 800 message done yet. I don't like taking into them i get tough tied when i talk lol. Soon i get my home back to normal i have to get back to what i need to do. I put a add in craigslist i got two spam emails and one cash buyers and when i ask to answer some info they never got back to me. I try put a add in friday and see how it goes this weekend.
