Get the best deal on those Bandit signs? I could use oh say 15 0r 20 to put out and stock my truck with. I'm starting to work on the marketing part of my plan. time to get out there and get some motivated sellers to give me an opportunity to help them.

Oh its beautiful outside, may be in the beginning 70 degrees sunny we won't have to many of these left. I decided to start new and chronicle everything I do till I make the first million ha ha. May be that will help someone else or I could make it a book or something. After that you all will have to call me to find out how I'm doing. Sunday morning is going to be my research and planning time for the rest of the week. I'll include just about everything I'm doing to plan my time for real estate, work and hobbies. As I get going the time will seem to roll by fast well at least it will for me. I'll see if I can leave a copy of my growing mind mapp around somewhere to look at. I'm a person who works from lists well so today I stopped at Office depot to get a planner to start. I also just bought "Your Town your Profits" and downloaded the book to get into it faster. I've decided that the south half of the city and the suburbs is were I'll do the majority of my thing. This is now known as alvestors farm area move over everyone here I come. Stand by more to come!
