Evening,

I will be going back over all the materials purchased from Dean. I am going to find out how to build a successful buyers list, and my goal is to start small and go big. Anyone have any suggestions that helped them, please feel free to share.

Goal #1:

To aquire 2 buyers by the end of July.

Well today was a challenging day for me, and an eye opener. I had another Bad day at my 9 - 5 job and I realized how much I really do not like working there anymore. I want to work for myself. Don't get me wrong, I love the job, but not all the people are enjoyable to be around. Let's just say, I have morals and standards that will not be comprimised for No Reason!!

Ok the good news is it is 11pm and I am about to study a little more and everyday I am getting closer and closer to reaching the first goal. Check out my goals listed under my profile. I am still excited and I can't wait to share all my successes and failures with the DG Family. Be Blessed and I will post again tomorrow.

Hello Everyone,

Well it was another hecktic day for me. My husband came home and we argued, and then I had a sugar attack. Yes, I and my husband are stage 2 diabetics. And yes we are in our early thirties, and we both take insulin. No pitty party here, just another motivating reason to become financially stable enought to enough life with my beautiful kids.

I did drive a different way home today, and found a sign on the side of the road, WE BUY HOUSES, and it gave a website. I will be checking into that. The was one positive thing. Another, I have a solid realtor who is willing, ready, and able to help me. Yet another, through him, I have a solid loan officer who he recommends HIGHLY! OK one last thing, I have more determination and faith to believe I will find one buyer and one sell and by next week and have a contract going to close by the end of Aug. I am excited.

Even thoug my day was not going good this morning, I am determined to accomplish my goals. I will be financially fee and I want to thank you Dean again for being the real deal and having such a wonderful team, and especially for creating this site where I can talk and gain knowledge, added inspiration, and encouragement.

I have to go check out what might be that one buyer, and study some more. I will keep you updated on my progress.

Hello All,

I know it has been a while, but I do know I said everyday I would post. I do apologize. I will post as I progress. How is that? I do have a confession, I bought the books over a year ago, and I skimmed through them thinking I already knew what I needed to know, and I really needed Dean for marketing tips. Well.....I am Very disappointed in myself. As you know, I have been going back through all the materials I purchased, and I am following all the wonderful information with Dean's weekly blog. And let me tell you. I really do not regret much in my life, but I wish I had read and studied this material from the beginning.

I have missed out on a whole lot of valuable information to make my investing easier, and more productive. I am currently reading profit from real estate now, and I am reading the success stories interview article sent with my books. I am more motivated now than ever before, and the best thing about the whole process is.......with the new information Dean is handing to us, and me going back to read the book is filling in the gaps.

I still have about three weeks to find my first two buyers, and I am so confident that I will have them. I look forward to sharing my experience with all of you soon. Just keep reading, and I gaurantee I will be the NC next success story.

Hello Everyone,

Update!!! It is now the end of August, and Yes, Yes, I have accomplished my first goal. I have aquired three, yes three buyers, and I am working on three more!!! OMG!!! I am disappointed I couldn't purchased the Set For Life System, the truth is I am still working paycheck, to paycheck, and when I went back to purchase on that Thursday it was sold out!!!! However, I am not giving up, but I will have the system in the future, if it surfaces again. Well, I know I stated a weekly blog, I am so busy, I must report every success step I climb on the latter. My next step is to find four more solid buyers by the end of September or earlier, and I will be well on my way. I am also going to begin assigning contract by the end of September. I welcome all of you to comment. I do thank you all very, very, much for all your support, and success stories. May God continue to rain blessing upon each and everyone of you. I will keep you posted.

I must first apologize to everyone!! I have updated my profile which will explain everything. Today is the first day of the rest of my life!!! I am more positive and goal driven that I have ever been, and I will not go back to the place I was. I Will Succeed!!! I will update my journal, and keep all of those who encouraged me in the beginning posted. Please forgive me as I didn't have the confidence, nor the drive three years ago to accomplish what I am about to. I thank all of you and can't wait to share all my successes!!!

To everyone who views this please forgive me! I am holding myself accountable and I will be talking as if I am talking to ME!

I am so disappointed in you, you have not done or accomplished anything since purchasing Profit In Your Town over 3 - 5 years ago. There are NO EXCUSES!! In life, everyone do what they want to do, so why is it so hard to complete things that will change our lives? For example, loosing weight, smart investments, doing something different, etc....? Well, your in a different mentality now and you have NO choice but to do something different or you will LOOSE everything!! I don't like that it has come to this, but what can I say, paralysis of analysis - real estate is your passion, you eat, sleep, breath and could talk it every second of everyday. You get on people's nerves who see how you light up when you talk about it and what joy it brings.

Ok, I am done with the negative, let's look at what you have accomplished today. You purchased 30 days to real estate cash a few weeks ago, and I understand old habits die hard, but you are hanging in there! List of accomplishments thus far:

1. You have found your true WHY in detail
2. Set realistic goal for 3 months to a 1 year
3. Moved to a different state and away from the naysayers, haters, and people who are comfortable with their situation and not looking for change
4. More motivated and learning consistency
5. More positive
6. More confident
7. Taking action
9. Gaining additional knowledge and setting up shop
10 More importantly, you are beginning to love yourself and take care of yourself

Currently: In the process of finding my Agent and have set a goal to finish this book by Aug. 2013.

GREAT JOB! KEEP IT MOVING and NEVER STOP or GIVE UP!!

First of all, thanks to Bimal for the encouraging words. I have to reset my goals. I have accomplished one great one, and that was to think positively. I am proud of myself for accomplishing something that is soooo hard for me to do since I grew up with such negativity around me. I am a little disappointed because I am still fearful about talking to Agents and that I haven't finished the book like I wanted, but I am NOT stopping. I am resetting my goals and I will accomplish them. I know that this is what I am meant to do and I WILL DO IT! I am ok if it takes me a little longer than everyone else, but I am and will accomplish everything I set my heart to do!!

I promised to keep you updated on my journey and I will. If anyone have pointers please feel free to reply and thanks in advance for all your help.

I am still new to the game, but I am having incredible results. Update: I am continuing my journey reading 30 days to real estate cash and I am on the verge of finally landing a great agent....So excited!!! However....I got a call from this owner who needs to sell quick! Did a lease option contract with prev sellers, but didn't file or use title search or the like, but have been paying the mortgage since April 2013, well the bank told her she has to come up with 3,000 plus more dollars before Nov 5th foreclosure hearing. Well, I thought this might sound like a Greg Murphy strategy, but I am concerned about the paperwork...what do I need to do? Prev owners wants NOTHING to do with the home, went through a bad divorce. Please any advice? I also thought about a short sale, not sure?

Would be my 1st deal if possible. I am gathering comps, photos, putting the package together now!

Decided to let that deal go....owner wasn't serious and time is something that I can't get back. I am still reading the book and making progress. I will keep you posted. I am looking to do my first deal before the end of the year. Thanks for all of your successes it really do inspire me!!
