OfflineI'm finally able to purchase one of Dean's products but where should I start? Purchase the book for $19.99 or the Think A Little Different in Real Estate course for $35.95. I understand that they are different in price but if I purchase the Think A Little Different in Real Estate course will it also cover the content that's in the book?

I've read all of Dean's books & think they all are great. But I believe the best is latest, Profit, Your Town. It not only gives you Dean's views, but
also top students techniques. I'm trying not to be bias since we're in the book, but I was impressed with all the student chapters. Gary/Jill
So what is the course Think A Little Different in Real Estate all about?

I just ordered Dean's books about three weeks ago and they were both beneficial to me. I ordered Profit From Real Estate Right Now and receieved Be A Real Estate Millionare for free. I never read Think A Little Different in Real Estate, but I'm sure I will in the near future. I highly recommend the two books I mentioned. The books include all of the facts, strategies and techniques you will need to start real estate investing.

Hey genelb35, which book did you decide on? I hope it was the "Your Town your Profit" because I found that this book is right on. I've read it once and took a ton of notes. I'm reading it again to get the things I missed the first time. If you want to get the other two "Profits from RE right now" and "Be a RE Millionaire" I'll help you out with that. You see every time I order something I get a new book, so I have an extra one of each all you have to do is pay the postage to your town, if your interested. I'd help you with that if you think it would help. Besides in the "YTYP" book there are some references to the "PFRERN" book that would be helpful to have on hand.
But let me tell you, you have to focus and be determined to take action, that’s the only way you’re going to succeed. The info is there to do it but YOU have to do it. So let me know if you’re interested.

I like your style and well said on the focus etc. I have read Profit From Real Estate Right Now and am making my way through Be a Real Estate Millionaire and can say they have been great. Great for motivation and great for getting answers. I have post it notes all through the book that I keep going back to for reference. I'm in the RE Academy and still rely on the books for information so I'm glad you went for the book! I'll have to read Your Town Your Profit next.
