So today I looked at an "ugly" house on the way to work. The house was in the process of being built but for some reason has not been finished. I took pictures of the house and will try to contact the owners for more info.

I also looked into getting a website setup and looked into an LLC. I will be modifying Matt Larson's agent letter to fit my criteria, and will be sending it out next week.

I planned on setting up my voice mailbox today and ordering my business cards and making my flyers. However I did not get paid today like planned so I will have to wait til Monday. I am taking Matt's advice of guiding the agents to the mailbox so I don't have to waist time answering calls from unqualified agents.

I also took my first step in getting out of debt by paying off one of my debts. Clean credit here I come. Talk to you tomorrow. Best wishes and happy hunting.

Well today wasn't as productive as I would have liked. My daughter had her first soccer game today and I had to do some yard work that I have been neglecting for weeks now.

It brought me so much joy to see my daughter at her soccer game. I think sometimes we get so wrapped up in succeeding that we neglect the little everyday joys of life.

I did however watch a dvd that I got from a local investor about 12 strategies to making money in real estate. He talks about the same things Deanj does except when it comes to marketing. He doesn't use a voice mailbox to duplicate himself. I will however. It was very informative and I took a lot of notes.

Although today wasn't that productive I did still study and learn a little bit more about real estate. Well good night, best wishes and happyy hunting.

Well today I must say was an unproductive day. I didn't get anything accomplished that would help me attain my future goals. Although I constantly think about REI and how my life will be changed, I did not do anything today to help myself. I did read The Deans List a couple of times as this will be my path to REI in the beginning. The more I read it the more I understand what I need to do. So I guess I did something, just not enough in my eyes. Well here's to tomorrow, a brand new day in which to get closer to my goals. Good night everyone.

Okay so today I purchased a domain name so I can begin setting up my website. I didn't realize how much setting up a website would cost so I have to put that on hold for a few weeks. I did however look into getting my recorded message set up and will be doing that this week on thursday, and I will also be purchasing my business cards and flyers. Then on friday I will be sending out my agent letter, hopefully I get some responses to my recorded message. Although I don't consider it to be a matter of hope rather than a matter of knowing this will happen. I believe in Dean's system and that it will work because it has been working for so many people.

When someone buys a McDonalds, they don't buy it because the hamburgers taste good, they but it because the system works. Dean has perfected a system and we have to do is follow the system. Best wishes and happy hunting.

Well today I just did a lot of reading on the DG website. I was learning about assignments and just reading a lot of posts to get some actual know how to make REI work. I took a lot of notes and gathered a lot of info. So today was semi productive in my eyes. Knowledge breeds confidence so the nore I learn the more equipped I feel to go out and make this happen. I also found out today that I got two negatives deleted off my credit report, hooray. If anyone is looking to get help cleaning up their credit Lexington Law is doing just that for me. It cost me 100 bucks to set up and 80 bucks a month. They also have a 40 buck a month plan. To me its well worth it and I don't have to deal with the creditors personally. Talk to you tomorrow.

Today I finally got my voice mailbox setup and will be getting my business cards ordered tomorrow. Ready to start marketing baby yeah. It feels like it is all starting to come together. Can't wait to close that first deal. Well talk to you tomorrow.

I must be out of my mind to think that I could ever make it in REI. Who am I kidding, I am not cut out for this, it was fun while it lasted, talk to y'all later. APRIL FOOLS. I have a great opportunity in my hands that I don't intend on letting slip away. Everything I have done for the past month has been to further my career in REI. All I talk about to everyone I meet is about REI and I don't intend on stopping until I reach success. Success has a different mening for all of us. But at the end of the day I believe we all want freedom of time and freedom of money, and that is exactly what I am aiming for. We must also be accountable to ourselves and today is no exception, whether it helped us or hindered us. Today I read the Deans List again. I also RSVP'd to a local REI group seminar about what mistakes to avoid in REI, and I also have a template for my business cards and will be purchasing those tomorrow as well as printing some flyers. Then this weekend I will become a marketing machine and hand out business cards and posting flyers in my target areas, I can't wait to start getting those calls. Well good night everyone.

Well today all I did was read and learn. I should probably start making calls to potential buyers to start putting my buyers list together. I will start making calls Monday as this weekend I will be extremely busy with the family for easter. I also decided what business card template I will use however another minor financial setback prevented me from purchasing them. I will do so next week. I will be a happy camper when I can no longer say I have financial difficulty, when freedom of money is here. I eagerly await that moment. Til then best wishes and happy hunting.

It has been a busy day today and tomorrow will be the same. I just love seeing family I haven't seen in a long time. I spent 8 hours on the grill today and it was well worth it. We also need to remember to enjoy the beautiful things life has to offer while on the journey to success, like friends and family. I must say that today I did absolutely nothing to further my REI career. I am very disappointed in myself for that. Just got a little side tracked. Good thing there is tomorrow. See y'all later.

It has been about a week since I posted so I am back dating to catch up. I must say it was a very difficult week. Paying off the remaining balance on my overdue mortgage has been tougher than anticipated. I wanted to join the success academy by the end of the month but it is looking like I may have to wait til may. But its okay, my spirits are high and my will is strong, I will continue to push on.

Well today I read the deans list again as I do everyday. I also created a template of some flyers that I want to use. My wife will be creating them to determine which ones I want. Til tomorrow.

Today my wife brought home some great designs for my flyers. She certainly is talented. I picked out two that I really like. Will be printing those soon. Looking to purchase business cards soon. Having trouble with vista print getting my business cards right.

Today I just keep on reading and learning. I will continue to keep trying to find the right business card place. Hasta manana.

My wife and I have had a rough week financially so I won't be able to do much in the way of driving around and finding houses that I could contact owners on. Will be doing stuff from home this weekend.

Must say that I have been getting side tracked a bit. Still reading deans books and learning. Working nights has proven difficult for me to get anything done. But where there is a will there is a way. I am certainly determined to get my new career going. Just started working on becoming a healthier individual, I must say that I am making a complete lifestyle change. I've changed my eating habits, started P90X, and quit drinking. What good is becoming a successful RE investor if your not healthy enough to enjoy it with your family. Loving the way the direction of my life is heading. Best wishes and happy hunting.
