I just got Dean's books two weeks ago and they are awesome. I love that it is an easy read and Dean explains things so simply that anyone can understand. I just finished BARM and am half way through the his latest book. Can't wait to get started.

Welcome to the family. You have picked a great time to start your new life. Read the books over and over again until in all sinks in. Stay on this site, read the posts and gain the knowledge you will need to be successful.
Look into joining a Real Estate Investment Club. Besides your books and this site it will be your next best move. You will be able to network with other investors and gain more FREE knowledge. Best of luck to you....Jan

I have been surprised to find out that everyone I have talked to about REI has given positive feedback and support. I believe it is because of the belief, conviction, and also excitement that is displayed when talking to people. If you believe in yourself others will too. I am not so naive to think I won't be faced with criticism and negativity, that's inevitable. I am just prepared not to let anyone destroy my dream. And so should you.

My name is Candido I am from long island NY and i have questions for the members of this site I have been reading the book and i have learn so many things from Deans book that I want to put what i am learning i action i want to get in to the busines but i have no money no credit i have $ 55000 in credit cards debts does anybody knows hard money lendor that i can use to buy real estate waiting for unsers

I too am new to REI and I also have no money and bad credit. However I have learned from Dean's book that you can take the no money down approach with IEE and assignments. Also you should look into joining an REI club for info. That's what I know thus far. Still learning though. Best wishes
