I can't understand why people are having such a hard time locating deals. They are everywhere, especially in this market.
I challenge you to challenge me! Here's the deal: I will locate deals in your neighborhood without leaving my state. We can partner on the deal on a case-by-case basis. But there's a catch--you must provide the funds, either for an assignment deal or full-partnership.
This is a first-come, first-serve type offer.
I also want your testimonials after we complete the transaction.
Go ahead. Take me up on my offer. You nothing to lose and only a property or two to gain. There's nothing to fear in this offer.
Challenge me to put up or shut up!!!!
Anyone lacking integrity, lacks my support.
Move on and get on to the next prospect.
thanks for the comments.
I plan on helping all that I can and present the best deals to my buyers.

Hey Homeless in MD,
Sounds like you have some experience in partnering for deals.
I recently got approved for a Hard Money loan and I'm now ready for my next flip. I'm going to meet with someone tomorrow who (probably) has more experience than me, but lost a lot when the market crashed. He can't get the money....I can. I'm considering partnering with him. He has a contract on five properties....I haven't started looking yet and still work a full time job.
If I decide to partner, how do you structure the deal? Do you just come to a decision about what you're going to split and write up a contract? You come to an agreement with who controls what? Is it just a matter of seeing if you can work together? I need a few details of the paperwork.
It could be to my advantage to have someone help instead of me doing it all by myself. What do you think?
Margaret
