Today, I selected a business name, will continue to work on my buyers list, got an 888 number, recorded my voice mail, ordered business cards, working on my classroom topics at the Success Academy.
I really loved Dean's blog. I followed his instructions of where am I?, where do I want to go?, and How do I get there? Will fill this out tonight.

Just finished with my realtor, sitting at my kitchen table writin' offers-we wrote 6, so we'll throw the sh.. against the proverbial wall and see what sticks!! My realtor and I decided that if the offers dont fly we might be able to interest these folks in the "Greg Murphy" school of thought, how 'bout a lease option?? Who knows, my realtor is "pumped"..he, i'm sure, too himself, thought this day would never come.."surprise"..He went bouncing out the door..Let ya know how it all turns out
