First entry on the first day of my success story. Landed in Florida in May 2009 for our son's graduation from his "wing and a prayer" art college program. Ordered Dean's books for his graduation gift. Started reading and doing the action steps, setting up connections with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, construction people and getting our LLC to do biz under. Bought the training package to have the business know how behind me and solidified our market niche areas. Told by real estate contact about "the best deal on the island, now in foreclosure." Started trying to put together an offer of several million dollars for property. Business partner/Husband's health took a serious downturn which required 24/7 monitoring from same room. His health concerns distracted us, but we kept studying and exploring the market offerings and fluctuations and kept making new contacts by phone. 1/21/10: returned to Florida and got to work.Best deal property is back on market and less money than while in foreclosure. Hired Buyer Broker to represent us and looked at prized property. What a deal!!! Now to solidify offer and buy it! Dragonmama

Congratulations for starting your journal it is a great way to keep yourself accountable. Also, congratulatiosn for gettign Dean's books they are packed with information, inspiration tips and startegies. Try to do a little each day to get you closer to your goals and dreams.
