A little about me. 39 year old, father of 6, 5 girls and 1 boy plus any that adopt me. That's where my name comes from "Six Pack Plus.
I am a licensed RE agent, currently inactive peding my continual education. Licensed since 2001. Established myself as a contractor in 2003 and have worked in that industry since. Went thru, what seems like, a million learning curves. However all of that learning, I feel has prepared me for investing. I'm tired of doing the work for others and ready to do it for myself and reep the rewards.
The reason I have not yet succeeded in RE as an investor is having children so early without establishing a solid financial base, still working to establish it.
