I'm not sure exactly what i am supposed to do when it comes to writing up a contract. do i write the contract then show it to the seller than an attorny? Do I ask an agent or attorny for a contract that would work. the seller has informed me that he only accepts offers from people who take the time out to write a contract. very ubderstandable. but how do i know if my contract is legal. do i shjow it to the attorny or an agent before the seller see it? Hittin a roadblock......Any response would help.

Any contract you use should be endorsed or covered or worded by the state you are in. The safest way to be sure would be to show it or have it written by your attorney if you already have one. The contracts on the DG site are good examples. If you are working with a RE agent, that person can help you too. What kind of contract are you inquiring about? There are assignment contracts, out-right buying contracts, sales contracts, leasing w/option to buy, rental contracts. I am sure many on this site could give you good advice too. It would help to specify which kind of contract you are inquiring about.
Also, call the DG support line and ask them for help or recommendations. Have you signed up for the Success Academy? They can help guide you along your way to becoming an experienced REI.

I am in need of ann assignment contract. I understand the contracts and which ones i need to use for what. My question is what happens when i use a contract? Can i use the contracts from this site?
