I want to start a journal, but am not sure if this is the place. I'm going to just write alittle and see where it ends up. I still have so many questions after being around here for over three years. I don't want to quit even though I've been going weeks and month without looking at this site. I used to get on several times a day a few years ago. In recent days I've found 3 motivated sellers and I don't know how approach them. One is in foreclosure and not in the banks hands yet. Two are people moving to another state. One of those has already put it in a realtors hands, and I don't know how to deal when an agents commission is now standing in the way of the best price. The other one just rented a fairly nice and expensive house, but seems to want to hold out for top dollar.I'm pretty sure he will go with an REA and end up not selling for months, and not feeling any pressure due to having a renter pay his PITI. Stopping for now to gather my thoughts and try to ask some more specific questions later.
I think I have it. A few minutes ago i wrote the paragraph above intending on starting a journal. I pasted it here because this seems to be the real journal place on this website. Like I said, i've been around a few years, but just don't know how to move forward. Hopefully I'll keep posting my fears, challenges and lack of understanding here and see if people help me as I've seen others get help and advice.
Later,Rick in Georgia.

Access Code:____________________
What is the access code and how do I get it. I'm really not an avid reader and I think audio would help get through Deans books and review them whenever I wanted too.
