considering that in most cases you can't even get insurance ona mobile here in Florida. That's why we don't even get involved with moble homes.
In utah my insurance on mobile homes is only about $20 per month. Just for the basic fire and dwelling coverage. So it isn't a huge cost. I would shop around. If you get similar quotes from different agencies then you know in that area that is what the cost will be.
I use a broker company for insurance, they can shop the prices and get the best deal.

In Florida they will only cover mobile homes up to $25,000 but it is ~$25/mo. We found this company that specializes with investors and their rates seem to be reasonable.
