OfflineHi guys I just closed a deal and have about 5k to work with to lock down my next deals. What should I focus on to start brining in motivated seller leads? I was told to start direct mail, but have been doing research and its difficult trying to find a creditable list source! Can someone please shed some light on what I should start doing?

First of all Congrats on your first deal! Secondly, pull at least 100 bandit signs and start posting them everywhere if you haven't already. Then, try searching online for companies where you can buy lists from. A lot of times, you can even pay to have them mailed for you.

I put out at least 50 bandit signs fishing for sellers with my 800 number no calls so I went back to get them boy someone took them all down but one.....no where to be found.
it is holiday season, a lot people have more important things in there mind than sell the house or moving. Keep at it, you will get reward for what you done. ^_^
