My journey started 8/10/2009 in Las Vegas with my wife on our second year anniversary. I was talking with my brother in law on the strip. I told him that I was interested in Real Estate and he told me that it was the perfect time to get involved. So, after my wife and I went back to the hotel room we were watching television and this infomercial came on and then I knew it must have been meant for me to see this guy Dean Graziosi talking about Real Estate. My wife and I were like WOW, I told my wife that is what I want to do and she said, “Go for it”. So, when we got back from Vegas to Pittsburgh, PA I purchased the books. When the books arrived to my house I started to read the books and got inspired. I instantly started implementing what is in the books. I ordered and put out my bandit signs along with my craigslist ads. Then, I had gotten a system called Realeflow and made two squeeze pages and a company webpage. I received several buyers thru the squeeze pages. I had a client that was looking for commercial space to lease and I spent several weeks and gas. I found a place for this client and we were close to signing on the line, the deal did not go thru due to financial issues. Then, I had gotten an overseas investor from Great Britain who put out several offers and also had several under contract. I had contacted my investor, but he ended up being a bust.
Then, life has gotten to me bills were starting to pile up I was taking classes on line as well and I went back into the workforce and I gotten side tracked. All the time I have been at worked I still was working on my Real Estate business. I was sick of being at work and I didn’t have a desire to be at work and was not being fulfilled. So, I went back out there tried to get more buyers and put in more offers to make something happen. To no prevail nothing was happening as far as buyers, I was getting more sellers and no buyers.
It is 2011 still into the Real Estate not giving up on it. I was making big progress with my buyers list. I now have two strong buyers and several renters with bad credit and good jobs. But, I was not looking in the areas that they wanted to buy. I guess it was because of fear within me it was not sinking into my mind. I ended up getting frustrated once again and went back to school for driving a commercial truck and graduated in December 2011. Started working for trucking company making decent money and then I got into an accident that shook me up that took place in 6/2012. But, while I was driving I wanted to still get in the Real Estate game. I had to get my head back into the books from Dean and get back into posting Deangraziosi.com. I felt that I needed to get a mentor and went to a friend that is doing what I wanted to do in the same area. I attended his classes thinking that I was missing a step and I realized that I was at the same point where he was in Real Estate. I was able to get access to the MLS in my area and get several lists such as: Expired, cash buyers and the hot spots. Then I signed up for Dean’s D|G Insider and I was listening to each guest. When Jennifer Gray started talking and said she only had $13 dollars to her name and was able to do it. I was like if she can do it I can too. Then Matt Larson and Dean started talking and it was something he said about making time for Real Estate and being persistence. Then it hit me an Ahh Haa moment, focus on the areas that my five top cash buyers are looking to buy.

Andre I have been with this for some time now and still have not closed a single deal yet, made several offers on properties that went no where basically. I get wholesale properties sent to me a lot, put some of them online just to have the same owner of the property I am advertising send me an email asking about the property he already owns that I am trying to wholesale so what he is selling it for is a good price and me adding my fee to wholesale it at is still a good price. What I have learned from this part is that he no doubt would be a good buyer as well if I find properties he does not know about and I already know what he wants to make on a property as well by the properties he is wholesaling.
I myself am a trucker as well and started driving locally so I can spend more time onto real estate as it was hard while being on the road. It has crossed my mind several times just to up and quit and I have not either but I do not know why either. Something just keeps drawing me to it all even though nothing has worked out yet but I guess this is the way it was meant to be.
