OfflineI have committed to myself that starting Feb 2012, I will totally commit to my RE business.
I signed up with DG last August 2011. For some reason I didn't follow through. Of course I beaten up on myself quite a bit. That's why even I don't have much time to spend tonight, I have to start my journal. I know it sounds childish, but I m gonna keep my words and start baby steps!
I m aware someone might judge my immature act, but I know putting self out there is my kind of commitment. Its necessary to handle the heat! I love every DG family member! Thank you all for setting a good example for me!

It's almost funny to record my own progress. I'm actually proud of myself that I woke up 5:30am and started my day with DG.com!
If I can keep it this way, I know I'll have progress in my RE business.
The other thing I did today was to active my SA account, so tomorrow I will be talking to one of my coaches to guide me to my path of success. Thousand miles start with first step! Be persistent!

Hi Li! You are on your way, just keep at it! I am also in the process of "baby steps", learning a bit, and then putting what I am learning into action.
From what I have read around this site, some people do this quickly, some people take their time, or it takes time for them no matter how quickly they put what they have learned into action. But success is inevitable! It will happen! This site is indeed a DG family - such a great source of information and encouragement.
If you have done Dean's 7 Levels Deep Exercise, it's true, nothing (no naysayer or any other person) can stop you if you keep your "7 Levels Deep Answers" as your target.

Many times I fell off my commitment, usually starts with a small thing or two, as the snow ball rolls, it turn into a giant one
That I'm physically not able to push it. Then I start to beat up on myself for not keeping my words and deliver what I'm supposed
To. It's almost like I wish to live in a perfect world that whatever I say happens instantly!
As much as I'd like my wishes to be true over night, this time I'm gonna be patient and kind to myself.

As one of Dean's coaches, I see it over and over again. What am I talking about? I am talking about those who are willing to take small steps each day will eventually do great things. As a coach I see the value of following the program step by step. It allows an individual to steadily move towards the goal of financial independence. If we try to do things all at once we can feel overwhelmed. Do your best each day and you will get to where you are wanting to go.
Keep up the good work. You are moving in the right direction. There will be a nice reward for your efforts at the end of the work. You will not only be financially rewarded, you will have the tools to do it again. Each later effort will become easier and easier. Good luck in your efforts.

computer is not my best friend yet! Followed instruction on google to get local buyer, maybe the area I picked is not the best city.
Few numbers I got, called today, found them were either answering machine or RE agent. (thank God for the first day of 8 hour work of the day that I can get home and have an hour to call people).
Will try over weekend to Find some other resources!

I have been checking into the site daily. The only thing is that's all I did. I haven't done much, coz I have 10 more days to buy 6 tax lien certs in order for me to get my tuition reimbursement, knowing myself, if I don't pushing it now, my IRA will be sitting there with no one to direct at all. That's why I don't have any RE activity to record in my journal. Hopefully soon I'll be able to foreclose on some of these investments.

I printed a list of phone numbers to call. For whatever reason, it's been with me, just couldn't find time, even lunch break was hardly available,clocked out but still working through. After reading Totally fulfilled, I found out my limiting beliefs. Comes the Monday, I set a goal to call 3 buyers and got 5!

The last two weekends I stay home to get to know my buyers and locate agent and properties.
However, 3 of them actually quite anxious to check out what deals can I find for them.
My agent disappeared on me, I'mlittle overwhelmed scrabbling on zillow FSBO. I still think I should find
Some decent deal to feed my buyers in order to maintain a long term relationship with them. They all are
Flippers.
Well, the good thing is now I have to go on. No chance for exec uses to back out!
