Requires a $1000 certified funds earnest money check. The financing depends on the lender and not if it is a HUD home or not. If you find 100% investor financing please share.

shop around for another bank & see if they offer a no season loan then its off to the next one.hope this helps

David, Find a LOCAL bank that holds their loans in house. I have done many refi's this way .Good luck!
