Access to mls without realtor for Texas (even though its a non-discloser state)

I just had a cash buyer I was talking with inform me of a very interesting website for Texas wholesalers without a realtors license so you can get your own comps like everyone else...it will just cost you as if you were a realtor. Not the greatest price I think, but after your first deal it would be well worth investing in and I know I will be.

p.s. I don't know if other non-discloser states have something like this, but they say on the site to let them know if you know of an area that seeks it...hint hint maybe?
