1)Somebody told me but I forgot. How would you be able to find out whether a person brought a home but didnt live in it? They said this is one of the best ways to find a cash buyer?

2)If I get the name of the person who brought a property, how would I be able to get their contact information?

Hi Supreme617,

You can go to the county tax assessors office. There you can find the property and contact information of the person who owns the home and usually if they have a different mailing address than what you looked up then you know they are most likely cash buyers. Also you can get someone contact information here, usually it is a mailing address and you can send them cash buyer marketing material. Having numbers would be great but it is not that way. Hope this helps.

Oh yea I forgot thats how

Oh yea I forgot thats how you figure out a cash buyer. Yea that was helpful...thank you.

I have a couple more general questions. When the real estate market goes down, does that mean rentals go down as well? For example if I have a rental property that brings in a positive cashflow every month but the market ends up crashing right after. Does that mean the money I was making every month declines?

Alot of people says never use your own money when buying something, even when you have the money to do so, but wouldnt that just take more money out of your pocket because of interest? I dont understand
