If you are there are questionnaires that you can fill out in the workbooks provided. These information are very useful to you.
The general idea of what you are looking for in buyers is:
- Where do they buy?
- What do they buy?
- How far below market do they purchase to make the deal worth their time?
- Can they purchase with cash?
The general information that you need from a seller is?
- Why are they selling?
- Why are they selling? - It was important so I put it twice.
- What do they think the property is worth.
- What would they take for the property if you offered them cash? - now it is true that you may not have cash but the question is IF not I AM going to offer you cash.
