Need Buyer ASAP Virginia Bch. 2-4-1 Prop.

Hi everyone,

I have 2 properties for price of 1 with a realtor/owner of both prop. in Va. Bch. and Norfolk, Va., $140k for both properties.Great investment prop. One is complete teardown the other is a 2bed/ 1.5bath, townhouse, currently rented til June. PM for more info. Thank you for the help. The seller wants a cash buyer only.
