I was reading your question in an attempt to answer it. However, I am not fully sure I understand your question.
Are you wanting to know what book the information is?
Are you wanting to know what banks he has? In other words who are his connections?
Last part about the management company -
Are you wanting Matt's management company?
Do you want to know if Matt sets his people up with a management company.

I can tell you this Matt would probably tell you how to find a bank so you can do this in your own area.

You will look for small community banks and credit unions. The banks you look for are banks that do "in house loans". Not all banks handle these types of loans so you may need to contact multiple banks.

Once you find the bank that does in house loans you can ask them if they do no-seasoned refinances.

This should at least get you started.

I believe to get the answer to your question you will need to go back and listen to the conference call that Dean and Matt did together and I think it was this past march. Matt talks about being a full service investor and going the extra mile for your client. What he was really saying is give more than is expected.
