OfflineI need HELP ! Where do I find all these investors the program says are everywhere , nearly 10 months in this program,thousands of phone calls, REI club meetings, ghost adds running for 6 months, and not one single phone call from a "hungry investor" looking to buy property ???? Not sure what i'm doing wrong, but i can't seem to find this abundance of property hungry investors the program keeps telling me about !!! If anyone has some helpful advice, I would love to hear from you, as I am going broke since i joined the success academy, and desperately need to get something going SOON !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dean, I know this is supposed to work, and I believe it will,,, but I have been in your success academy for 4 months, and as I stand on the edge of bankruptcy, please tell me when and how, I'm doing what the program says, and getting no results, I need some help- and FAST !! Anything other than what is in the program available ?? So far no luck !!!

you are doing the right things. You aren't going to get real investors answering ghost ads however you will meet a lot of investors at your REI club. I go to 2 of them in my area and swap cards with everyone I can. Most of them are your buyers. If you have a deal that is truly a deal then you will find buyers. I have created a great network of investors that I can send properties to and that send me their properties. Networking and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) are the keys to your continued success.
