OfflineIm going to meet with a Agent today at 5pm..I hope this goes good,I have alot of question wrote down so I dont forget anything..The Agent Im working with now is killing me cuz she wont do what Im asking.I was just using her to get my first deal do,but that didnt happen..I cant take it anymore,Time to move on..I found a cash buyer looking for Rehab homes,But not just 1 he wanted to buy 6 by the end of the year..I think I lost him cuz of this Agent..

Maybe in your interview with agents, you can give them a couple example scenarios like the deal you want to make a low offer on the mls, and, see what they would do or how they would react. You can even refer to the mls number, too. If they don't hym or haw at anything you say, you found a good one. There are other realtors that are worthy of what you have to offer, who deserve your time.
Use Linkedin to find realtors in your areas & other professionals.
I know it's not easy finding an agent to work with. What did you ask the realtor to do? I hope this helps you. Have a great day!
I only asking to get listing on properties my buyer was looking for,out of lets say 600 she has sent i found maybe 6...She just wasnt doing things fast enough for me or my buyer..When someone say the want to buy 6 properties you should be on the ball and get things done..So she just lost me $60k from this deal..Im going to work hard to gain this buyers trust again.
I am a newbie in the field of real estate and the RBBP material is on its way to me. I just started working on the 30 day QCF, page 1 and tried to search for the real Real Estate Agent. I just received a response from one of the Agents and she sent me a list of 10-15 cash sales made in the last 2 months. these sales seem to be all over (not in specific area). In our phone discussion, she told me that she never worked with real estate investors but interested to work with me. What can I do with the cash sales and do you recommend me to continue with this Agent?

I would still look for a agent that has worked with Investors..The one I dont like hasnt worked with investors but wanted to learn with me..You see where that got me.I just lost out on a $60k deal with one buyer
What i've learned is its ok to interview more than one, even working with more than, let them compete for your business until evenually you find the rock star.

I just got back from meeting with this agent..She had another agent with her and I have been with them for 3hrs..It went great, So now I have to see if the do what they said they can do..With both agent they have been in Real estate for over 30yrs They have alot of connection..They also have a title company that does double closing plus she is a Broker to..So we will see how things go.
