OfflineOK so it's been a while since my last post when Dean initially released the RBBP for $2K. After he released the payment plan however (I had to pawn EVERY electronic in my living room but..) I was able to get the program. SOoo... Long story short I found a most accomadating RE agent up until it was time to start submitting offers (friday evening). He told me I had to provide a thousand dollar bank statement verifying I had the EMD (after setting up an appointment to meet at his office to sign the PA's). I've spoken to dozens of people since then and i now know that just isn't true. Many people have told me to drop him and move on to another agent but I made him the same promise Matt made to star(his agent). In case you haven't read "PFRERN" Matt promised her if she would trust him he would stick by her throughout his entire investing career. So therein lies my dillema. Do I talk to him and explain what I've learned or do I just move on to another agent.

Find someone who is more flexible and realistic.

If you make a promise then you should do all in your power to live up to it,because the most important thing in life is your word,integrity,and respect. That being said try and explain the program that you ae trying to work with. You should be able to get a POF letter that will satisfy him and the sellers. Good Luck.
