I recently purchased the RBBP and used the method to call and find agents. I went through many offices where the receptionists had no idea which agents worked with investors. After finally getting through to an agent I used Dean and Matt's script saying I was buying, fixing and flipping. The agent was thrilled and told me he was an investor who specialized in this and currently is rehabbing ten properties, working with many investors, knows everyone, and wants to meet up ASAP. He's very intent on meeting up as he has sent me emails and called a few times to see when we can meet up. Using the RBBP method I lied to this agent telling him I was fixing, flipping, and reselling. He seems like the prefect agent but how do I tell the agent I lied and inform him of my real intentions (assignment)?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

RBBP AGENT HELP

Meet with him/her explaining you would like to do multiple deals simultaneously and sometimes you will assign the contract and pass on the deal as a flip in order to generate more capital for the next deal especially if the margin is thin. If he/she is an investor they'll understand multiple techniques. Also easy way to see if they will support assignments.
Wish I could find the perfect Realtor that returns calls!
Good luck
