My agent gave me free access to the MLS through listing book

I found a very good agent! She has signed me on as an authorized user so I can search for properties as often as I like. I am trying to maneuver my way around this site. I'm trying to find vacant, as is properties with recent price reductions. Can this be done? If so can someone walk me through the process.

Wow congrats man! It's like you have access to the Vatican archives! I wish I knew how to help you but I'm sure your REA or somoene on these forums will be able to help you. I need to get my own access now!
