Looking forward to partnering

Hi! I would like to partner with someone from the Houston, TX area on finding deals and passing them to other investors. Im a newbie but I catch on quick. I like hand on so I would love to go out and visit property. So if anyone from Houston is looking to partner please get with me.

I'm building team in Charlotte and live in Hawaii. Looking for partners and do have family living there also. If anybody interested in talking about possibilities to make things happen.
